Calendar Info

The Community Calendar is provided as a FREE service for members of the Roanoke Regional Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber recently joined a new database provider that offers our members even more options for posting events online on the Community Calendar. This service allows you to post your event, a map link, and post the event in different categories for calendar visitors who are looking for specific areas of interest such as arts and culture, athletic, community services, government, education, etc.

In order to post to the calendar, you must obtain your login name and password. E-mail your request for your login name and password to communications@RoanokeChamber.org or business@RoanokeChamber.org.

Here are the basic instructions for posting new events:

  1. Login to www.chamberlogin.com
  2. Type in your login name and password.
  3. Click on Events under the Advertising section on the left.
  4. Click on Add an Event at the top right of the page.
  5. Enter the information for your event and hit the submit for approval button. Your event will then be sent to the Chamber for approval.
  6. Upon approval, the event will automatically be posted and available to the public.
