Bill Madison has been hired as Director of Operations and will lead Branch’s efforts for the delivery of construction management services on Richmond and Central Virginia projects, including the new Moore’s Lake Apartments project. He brings to Branch extensive experience with Design-Build, CM@Risk, preconstruction services and project management on both public and private sector work. Bill graduated from VMI in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and received his Master of Science degree in Construction Engineering in 1992 from Virginia Tech. He has spent most of the past decade at WM Jordan, having previously run his own consulting/contracting business for many years.
